Natural and Bulk Organic & Gluten Free Thick Rolled Oatobtained from the rolling of clean and healthy oat kernels, subjected to a heat treatment that ensures the inactivation of its enzymes. The oat flakes come from grains free of infestation and foreign
matter, it is a product free of additives and chemical preservatives and does not contain grains or traces of other conventional raw materials. The production of organic and gluten-free whole-grain oat flakes is carried out under a quality and safety assurance system capable of controlling and preventing cross-contamination with other gluten-containing cereals (wheat, barley, rye) throughout the production chain. For this purpose, different control measures are applied from the cultivation of the raw material to the packaging of the finished product.
