Store on pallets away from strong odors and extreme temperatures.Used all types of cookies, layer cakes, pound cakes, pies, sweet goods, and wherever liquid whole eggs are required. Because of the addition of an anti-caking agent, the egg solids are free-flowing, readily dispersible in water, and have been found especially advantageous in plant handling with automatic equipment.
